- Leave behind a deposit of 100% total costs of all the rentals rented.
- A deposit can either be cash or valued documents (Driving license, Passport, or any National ID).
- Return the gear as per the date mentioned on the receipt or extra charges will be applied for the return.
- Return the gear to us free of mud heavy dirty and dry.
Upon any extreme damage or gear loss, the customer shall be responsible to pay the cost of the gear. - Every customer should double check and make sure that the gear is good enough to be used before leaving the store for the adventures, feel free to ask for the advice and recommendation from the storekeeper or your guide (if available).
- The store will not be responsible for any complaints or refund after using the equipment.
- Call for delivery 24hrs before the adventure.
